contrarianOS has been a project I've been wanting to work on for a while. It's a linux distro that does the opposite of whatever the big distros are doing or sometimes just does something because I saw it in another distro and want to try it out.
Some of the ideas I have for contrarianOS are:
musl instead of glibc
zfs root
statically compiled
updating means installing a new os in place
wayland (ik not really that contrarian bite me)
no systemd
no pulseaudio
no bash
linuxlibre kernel (This is still somehow contrarian, I love it when hardware companies make their firmware and drivers proprietary even though they don't make money off of it)
